Monitoring & Evaluation
The need for systematic evaluation of any scheme needs no emphasis. Control and monitoring of progress will ensure that the objectives are being realsied constantly and no deviation is taking place. It will give an opportunity to set right the deviation with no loss of time. There are several techniques developed for evaluating the progress and impact of the project. To ensure its proper implementation of the Scheme of Community Polytechnics it shall be monitored at four different levels
1. Polytechnic Level
2. State Level
3. Regional Level
4. Central Government Level
The success of very scheme depends on various factors. The main catalytic factor for the smooth running and successful implementation of the scheme at the grass root level is in the hands of the leaders. In our Community Polytechnic Scheme we are lucky to have a good team of staffs for running the scheme. Our Principal & Project coordinator, Sri. B Vijayan sir is the leading light of our scheme, by whose guidance we completed all our activities smoothly and perfectly. All of the project and core staffs are very much satisfied by his leadership. Beside this, we have a project officer, two assistant project officers and two field assistants for supervising the course.
Also it depends on the sincere cooperation and support from The State Directorates of Technical Education, Thiruvananthapuram and the Regional National Institute of Technical Teachers Training And Research, Chennai.
